Jason Skipworth is Managing Partner of DC Living® Real Estate, LLC with over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry. He was born and raised in Florence, Alabama, then went on to graduate from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. After graduating from college, Jason held several positions with some of the nation’s leading Real Estate Investment Trust in Birmingham, Alabama, Denver, Colorado, and Washington D.C. Jason’s experience in Financial & Operational Management provides his clients with attention to detail in every real estate transaction. His personal and caring approach are evident through his desire to make every real estate transaction smooth and stress-free. Jason thrives on staying current with the latest technology so his clients can be anywhere in the world and know that they can accomplish their real estate goals with his help. Jason’s success can be attributed to his keen market knowledge and integrity producing excellent results for his clients.
Jason is an active volunteer for the National Capital Area Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. He helps raise funds annually for The Walk to End Alzheimer’s and advocates for Alzheimer’s awareness. When Jason is not working, he finds his greatest enjoyment outdoors – traveling the world, snowboarding, skiing, boating, water skiing, working out, and spending time with friends.
Jason is a licensed real estate professional in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.

“IN ONE OF THE NATION’S HOTTEST HOUSING MARKETS WHICH IS HOME TO thousands of real-estate agents, arriving at a list of 101 names was no simple feat. First, we surveyed nearly 50,000 local Washingtonian subscribers, plus the more than 1,000 agents who made last year’s Best Agents and Top Producers lists. We asked both groups whom they’ve most enjoyed working with, based on a number of criteria including market knowledge, integrity, communication skills, and closing preparation. We further vetted those results by contacting still more real-estate industry professionals, among them mortgage brokers, additional agents, and home inspectors. For those house-hunting in particular areas, we’ve included neighborhoods where each agent does business. But these are only examples-many of them work all over Washington.”
