Ed Lichorat

Ed Lichorat was born and raised in Schenectady, New York, home of General Electric and American Locomotive. He has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Pre-Law from the College of Saint Rose and an MBA from John’s Hopkins University.

After college, Ed joined the federal government and went on to work in information technology, operations, marketing, contracts and finance. The jobs have taken him to North Carolina, Missouri, New York, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia, his current residence.

That varied background, plus his familiarity with relocation procedures, puts him in a great position to assist his clients with their real estate questions.

Away from work, Ed finds enjoyment in cooking and testing recipes for the Washington Post; traveling abroad (and using his photography skills to record the trips); and hitting the gym to pay for his fondness for good restaurants in the area.

Ed is a licensed real estate professional in the District of Columbia.
