David Conforti, Esq.

David Conforti spent most of his life as a suburban New Yorker, but has called Northern Virginia his home since 1997.

David is a graduate of Colgate University and St. John’s University School of Law and is a member of the New York and DC bars. David has been a practicing attorney for the past eighteen years, focusing primarily on corporate and real estate matters. As an attorney, David has reviewed and drafted numerous real estate contracts and lease agreements, both commercial and residential. He has also conducted dozens of real estate settlements and served as a like-kind exchange facilitator in more than a hundred transactions. In addition, David is a licensed certified public accountant and uses his accounting knowledge to supplement and enhance the service he provides his clients.

Prior to settling in the D.C. area David served as the managing director of an international sports marketing company based in Europe. David spent four years living in Rome, Italy and Geneva, Switzerland while traveling extensively throughout Europe overseeing the company’s entire European operation.

David played Division I college basketball and spends most of his “free” time with his wife (a native of Barcelona) raising and coaching their four children. David is a licensed Sales Professional in Virginia.
