John Martinez

John Martinez joins DC Living Real Estate, LLC with extensive experience in real estate transactions, relationship management, and business process analysis. Upon graduation with a Masters degree from Florida State University, John moved to the DC Metro Area in 1999. Prior to becoming a licensed sales professional, John provided business consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and large Federal Agencies. At the same time, he also has keenly focused on acquiring and selling investment properties in the DC Metro Area. These investments have ranged from new construction to rehab properties.

John's professional and personal experiences provide a unique blend of building client relationships, as well as providing clear, decisive and efficient processes for his clients - whether they are purchasing or selling real estate. His first-hand experience as a real estate investor also allows him to uniquely view a property for its potential, worth and marketability. John strives to not simply assist clients in the purchase or sale of their homes, but to cater to all of their needs throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
