Nadia Nejaime, Esq.

Nadia Nejaime grew up in the Berkshires in Massachusetts (Go Sox! Go Pats!), but now considers Washington, DC home (Go 'Skins!) since she has lived in DC over 15 years. Nadia received her undergraduate degree from The American University and her juris doctorate from George Washington University Law School.

Nadia practiced law over 10 years, first as an in-house attorney for a DC-based telecommunications satellite company and then with the leading technology law firm in DC where she held the position of Counsel. Nadia's practice focused on structuring and negotiating complex technology-related contractual relationships. Her practice required keen negotiating skills, an understanding of legal principles, and an ability to evaluate and craft contractual documents. Nadia's law clients included Fortune 100 companies who demanded the highest level of attention to detail, in addition to client service and care. Nadia now utilizes her strong skills and high level of client service and care to benefit her real estate clients. While no longer practicing law full-time, Nadia remains a member of the bars of DC and Maryland and the American Bar Association.

In addition to her legal experience, over the years, Nadia has been an avid investor in real estate, including purchasing properties for rental and others for rehabilitation and/or re-sale. From simple interior design projects to large-scale renovations, Nadia has worked to bring her investments to the height of their value potential. She shares this experience with her clients helping them achieve their real estate goals.
