Debbie Singleton is Operations Manager and Co-Owner of the highly respected boutique brokerage DC Living® Real Estate LLC with her husband Skip.  In addition, Debbie and Skip are one of the DC area’s most successful real estate sales teams.  Debbie has been a consistent top selling professional in the greater Washington, DC area for over 12 years.  For the past 9 years, she has teamed with her husband Skip where they have been ranked in the “Top 1% of all DC Area REALTORS” for successful sales every year. Debbie is energetic and dynamic: she has enjoyed running since age 17 and, in addition to her current successful real estate career, she has enjoyed a very successful past career as founder and owner of Debbie’s Famous Granola – an award-winning international specialty food company with accounts in 40 states in locations such as Neiman Marcus, Disney World, Harrods, among many others.  Her tireless energy and diverse sales and business experience are unique skills she brings to her current real estate career.

Debbie comes from a family of artists and she is herself an accomplished artist with an eye for detail and design.  Over the years, she and her husband have personally overseen the renovation of a number of homes and have designed and built custom homes and apartment buildings.  Her artistic background and construction knowledge and experience helps provide her with the vision to make a house into a dream home.
