Debbie Singleton is a consistent top selling professional in the Greater Washington, D.C. Area. For the past 6 years, she has teamed with her husband Skip and, with their combined unsurpassed skills and experience, they are recognized as leading the "Top 1% of all D.C. Area REALTORS" in annual sales volume. She also shares her wealth of sales knowledge and experience with the Sales Professionals of DC Living Real Estate, LLC as the Operations Manager. Debbie is energetic and dynamic: she has enjoyed running since age 17 and, in addition to a successful real estate career, she has started and run an award-winning international specialty food company - Debbie's Famous Granola - with accounts in 40 states in locations such as Neiman Marcus, Disney World and Harrods, among many others. Her tireless energy and diverse sales and business experience are unique skills she brings to her real estate career.

Debbie comes from a family of artists and she is herself an accomplished artist with an eye for detail and design. Over the years, she and her husband have personally overseen the renovation of a number of homes and have designed and built a custom home and apartment buildings. Her artistic background and construction experience helps provide her with the vision to make a house into a dream home.

Debbie has been active in the charitable and civic community serving on boards and assembling a team to win the "Queen of Hearts" award for raising the most charitable monies for the American Heart Association. Debbie currently serves as Honorary Co-Chair of the annual DC Design House featuring the Metro area’s top interior designers for the benefit of Children’s National Medical Center. She is a licensed Sales Professional in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.
