P.L. Skip Singleton, Jr. is a consistent top selling professional in the Greater Washington, D.C. Area with his wife Debbie. Skip also provides expert supervision and leadership to the Sales Professionals of DC Living Real Estate, LLC as the Principal Broker.

Skip previously was an attorney at one of DC’s most prominent law firms. His law clients included many well-known Fortune 100 companies who required a high level of client service and care, in addition to a fine understanding of legal principles, keen negotiating and contractual skills, and attention to detail. While no longer practicing law full-time, Skip remains a member of bars of DC, Maryland and the American Bar Association.

At the age of 23, Skip owned two apartment buildings. By the time he was 30, he and his wife owned a number of apartment buildings, homes, condominiums, and a commercial building they had designed and built, renovated, and/or bought as investments. Skip draws on this unique personal real estate experience in combination with his extensive sales and legal experience to benefit his clients and the Sales Professionals of DC Living.

Formerly a nationally ranked tennis player and author of 3 books on the sport, Skip ascended to becoming a Master Tennis Professional. Additionally, Skip has been an Adjunct Professor at American University. He has actively served in the charitable and civic community serving on boards and participating in pro-bono activities. Currently, he serves as Honorary Co-Chair of the annual DC Design House featuring the Metro area’s top interior designers for the benefit of Children’s National Medical Center. Skip is an avid wine enthusiast; he also enjoys investing in real estate and spending time with his wife, Yorkshire terrier dogs and Cockatoo bird on the Chesapeake Bay at their second home in Gibson Island, MD. Skip is a licensed Principal Broker in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.
