Justin Nielsen
Justin Nielsen was born in Sydney, Australia and grew up in Copenhagen, Denmark. Providing great service has been in Justin’s blood.
Beginning in Sydney with parents who worked at the top hotel in the city and owned guesthouses to provide new immigrants a home and meals, he made the passion for service his own as a Chef Graduate from a 2 Star Michelin restaurant in Denmark; a United Nations Peacekeeper in Bosnia and Croatia during the 1990’s Balkan War; Chef to the Danish Ambassadors to Madrid, Spain and Washington, D.C.; and Executive Chef for the Ritz-Carlton and Starwood Hotels, National Geographic and prestigious law firms in Washington, D.C.
Justin speaks Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English, Spanish, some German and kitchen French (that should not be repeated).
Justin lives in Bethesda with his wife and two children. He is involved with the Danish business community and still has a passion for great food.
