Sarah Aschenbach has over twelve years experience as a licensed real estate agent specializing in both residential and commercial transactions. Sarah is a DC native having attended high school at Stone Ridge Country Day School. She then went on to Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA where she earned a BS is Business Administration and was a member of both the basketball and lacrosse teams.
In addition to her career in real estate, Sarah has a passion for the sport of lacrosse. She is a board member of the Potomac Chapter of US Lacrosse, the National Chairman of High School Girls All American Committee for US Lacrosse, and a coach for the US Lacrosse National Tournament, representing the Mid Atlantic region. She was also the first person named to coach the Under Armour High School All America Team South for the inaugural game in 2006. Sarah has just taken the job as head coach at Holy Child School in Potomac. She brings five years of experience as head coach of Georgetown Visitation where she has a career record of 73-23.
A breast cancer survivor of twelve years, Sarah is also involved with the Susan G. Komen Foundation and National Race for the Cure as a member of the Survivor Committee. Sarah has lobbied on Capitol Hill and reviewed grant proposals for the Foundation. She has also worked health fairs and spoken to groups about breast cancer and early detection. Sarah resides in Glover Park with her yellow lab. She is a licensed Sales Professional in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
