Abbie Fosburgh

Abbie Fosburgh’s love of house hunting is long-lived. She likes nothing better than looking at houses to find their potential. Abbie puts her love of real estate to work by investing in properties, re-designing renovating, and then selling them. As a salesperson licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia, Abbie welcomes the opportunity to help investors and other buyers find their ideal properties. And, if you are looking to sell your house, she will help show your house off to its best advantage.

Abbie originally came to DC in 1988, after receiving an undergraduate degree from Stanford and a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School.  She worked on international energy issues for the Department of Energy, travelling to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and Iraq as a representative of the US government. Later, Abbie wrote about OPEC and other energy issues for a number of energy publications. She since has worked as a consultant on energy and publishing issues. In addition to her pursuit of real estate, Abbie currently owns and runs the Potomac River Press.
